For Father's Day I made this yummy dessert for my family. It's a polish cheesecake with homemade hot fudge sauce, carmel, and pecans on top. Everyone seemed to enjoy it a lot! The cheesecake is also excellent with fresh strawberries and blueberries on top!!! yum yum!!! :-) And the best part... it's flourless so I could eat it!!!
