Psalm 127:3-5

"Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb a reward. Like arrows in the hand of a warrior are the children of one's youth. Blessed is the man who fills his quiver with them!"

Day 2

Day 2 began much like Day 1... we started the morning off with a yummy smoothie consisting of a fresh orange, a handful of strawberries, two frozen bananas, almonds, ice and water. It was super yummy! Our favorite so far!

Lunch consisted of a wonderful black bean and mango salsa, lettuce, and rice. We REALLY liked the salsa... it was incredible.!!!

Of course... our nice plate turned into one big hodgepodge...

Dinner consisted of a sweet potato, sweetened with maple syrup, and salad with plenty of avocado on top.

The first couple of days were the hardest when it came to eating a lot of fresh veggies and we lived off a lot of fruit for snacks, however, we are becoming more acclimated to eating our veggies.
