Day 3 was much like Day 2... haha... nothing very different to report. We had our staple morning smoothie... always a little bit different, depending on my mood at the time. haha...
For lunch we had another salad. I'm really trying to stick to having raw for breakfast, morning snack, lunch, and the afternoon snack... then for dinner I don't mind eating cooked food. We thought we'd enjoy eating cooked food for lunch and then having raw again for dinner, but we've both agreed that we like coming home from work to a nice hot dinner... not a cold salad. :-)
For dinner I made rice, lentils, sauted squash and onions. It was actually pretty yummy! Kind of bland... but the sauted veggies helped. :-)
