Baking a Pumpkin

Today I tried baking our fresh pumpkin we got at Huber Farm on Sunday. I've never cooked a fresh pumpkin before so it was a fun experience.

Our beautiful pumpkin...

Raw pumpkin pieces
Cooked pumpkin pieces
Pumpkin puree
Our pumpkin soup for dinner tonight...

I would love to know the actual steps, baking temp, etc that you used. I'm interested in trying some pumpkin to make into baby food for Isaac. Thanks!

The soup was yummy! I had my doubts about it, but followed the recipe and it was great! I'll have to remember to post it sometime soon.
